Command Clean
By requesting, scheduling, or receiving services from Command Clean LLC ("Command Clean," "we," "us," or "our"), you ("Customer") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Command Clean provides professional residential and commercial exterior cleaning and lighting services throughout New Jersey. Services may include, but are not limited to:
The specific scope of services will be agreed upon at the time of scheduling. We reserve the right to decline or modify any service request at our discretion.
Appointments may be scheduled by phone, text, email, or through our website. We ask that cancellations or rescheduling requests be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a cancellation fee, which will be communicated to you at the time of booking.
Customer agrees to provide Command Clean reasonable access to the property on the scheduled service date. If access is not available at the time of arrival and no advance notice was given, the appointment may be treated as a late cancellation.
Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements have been made in advance. We accept all major credit and debit cards.
Invoices not paid within 30 days may be subject to a late fee. In the event an account is moved to collections, the Customer is responsible for all collection agency fees and related costs.
Your satisfaction matters to us. If you are not satisfied with the results of our service, please contact us within 24 hours of service completion and we will make every reasonable effort to address your concerns at no additional charge.
Command Clean will take all reasonable precautions while performing services. However, we are not liable for:
Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to our services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Command Clean maintains appropriate general liability insurance for our operations. Proof of insurance is available upon request.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New Jersey.
Command Clean reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website. Continued use of our services after such changes constitutes your acceptance.
